WorshipKitchen App Update

Updates include:
- incorporates changes into the MAC version that went into Windows version 1056
- fixes issue with Safari beta 4
- fixes issue with Java Update 2
- MTP now works on PPC and Intel
- WK icon has been updated
- installer now adds the required “profiles.zip”
- support files are now stored in “/Library/Application Support/Worship Kitchen/”
- update player URL changed per request
- link to Ministry Manager removed*
- new installer initiated on the PC player
- before being imported, files from a specific folder are sorted
- When clicking on back button the player no-longer jumps to previous track
- Improved generation time for Smart Playlists, now 30 days
- repeat Song button: tooltip highlights currently selected setting
- display hour glass for Options menu -> Add Files
- improved startup performance
- new WK logo icon
- name of CD is displayed if available instead of “CD Drive (D:)”
- PC player tab removal (My Ministry Manager*, Partner Sites, Xalt Mobile)
- download of a preview no longer stops the download of tracks (or other resources)
